Standard shipping is included on all orders in the contiguous U.S. Additional shipping fees may apply to customers in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes. When will my order arrive? After eligibility review and order approval, your computer will be built according to any customizations (3-8 business days). Once built, your computer will be shipped using standard shipping (4-7 business days).

30-Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery date. Return shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer. For full details on our return policy, please read our Terms of Service.

One-Year Hardware Warranty

Our devices come with a one-year hardware warranty for defects not caused by the user. All warranty requests must be submitted within one year of the shipping date. For full details on our hardware warranty, please read our Terms of Service.
